To create this reception sign made of dimensional letters our production manager Dean had to print a pattern which he would use to hang the letters so that they are perfectly spaced. The letters are 3/8" brushed gloss aluminum. Once Dean was on site he taped the pattern to the wall with the help of the KNCH staff to show him where the sign should be centered. Once the sign was in the perfect location he mounted each letter with studs. The picture below shows a dimensional letter with stud mounts.
