Insignia Signs Vegas and asked if we would be able to add a 8x8 MDO
Post and Panel Sign to an existing 8x8 on a construction site at the corner of Decatur and Blue Diamond. Our production manager took a trip to survey the location and we provided Lenny with a quote. This article outlines our Post and Panel project with Master Built.
Below you can see the finished product of the V-shaped post and panel sign. Pictured on the left is one of the front panels of the sign. Pictured on the right is the back of the two panels and the painted brace posts.
Master Built is a Nevada general contractor specializing in commercial construction.They were established in 2010 and have become one of Nevada's fastest growing construction companies. To create this v-shaped
Post and Panel Sign we printed two 4x4 full color digital graphics and applied them to two separate 4x4 pieces of MDO plywood with a weather-resistant resin overlay bonded to the wood by heat and pressure. The two pieces of MDO were transported to the job site at Decatur and Blue Diamond and installed into the ground with 4x4 painted wooden posts.
Insignia Signs Vegas also moved the preexisting sign and angled it so that the two 8x8 signs create a 90 degree angle.

Aluminum composite material consists of two thin sheets of .040 aluminum with a polyethylene (condensed pvc) core. This material is suitable for a wide range of applications because it's lightweight but strong and the extremely flat surface is great for high quality graphics.
