Above you will see Dean, our production manager, on the ladder. Before putting up the plastic formed dimensional letters, Dean printed a paper pattern that had the outlines of each letter on it. The pattern allows Dean to know right where each letter goes so the spacing is correct and that each letter is completely straight. Once the pattern is made, he measures exactly where the pattern needs to be in order for the letters to be centered vertically and horizontally in the available space. He put up the paper pattern and installed each letter individually using the pattern as a guide, then removed the pattern. Each letter was installed with double sided tape and industrial strength silicone. The double sided tape works as a temporary hold until the silicone dries. We used 15” formed plastic letters which was required by our landlord. The font was also specified to be Helvetica Bold Round. These letters are hollow, they are light weight but very durable and will never fade from the Vegas sun.

A few of our original projects were actually setting up our new sign shop in Las Vegas, NV. We had our production manager install our dimensional letters over our front door. We are located in a business park with very strict regulations on signage.
