Our first purchase was our production table from a company out of Texas called Steel Sentry. We knew that we wanted a custom built table and that we would need to allow time for it to be built, so we ordered the table first. Our table is made of two tables held together by a clasp underneath the top level. Each table is 7 feet long, 5 feet wide and 3 feet tall. A self healing cutting mat spans the length of the entire table, which allows us to cut into it with x-acto blades. This table will be used for every sign project we take on. We can cut and laminate all of our vinyl here. We can produce all types of custom signs on this table such as: Acrylic, Coroplast, Aluminum, MDO, PVC and Dibond.
Our second purchase was a Graphtec 54” Plotter. This machine syncs with our sign making software called FlexiSign. This allows us to cut standard vinyl for one and two color signs, and also contour cut custom shaped decals printed from our HP Printer. We can cut vinyl for many projects such as: Door vinyl, directory signs, reflective signs, and etched glass doors.
One of our most important pieces is the HP L310 54” Latex Printer. This printer is state of the art and prints quickly and sharply. The printer holds a heater inside that allows the prints to come out of the machine completely dry. We are able to print on a variety of materials including: banner material, digital vinyl, poster paper, perforated vinyl, static cling, and more.
Our next piece of equipment is the 55” Royal Sovereign wide format roll cold laminator. This machine laminates vinyl prints that get placed on many different types of signs. This lamination can be matte or glass, and protects the print from being scratched/damaged and keeps the sign in good condition longer outside. We laminate all the vinyl we produce to keep the material in the best condition possible.
The last major piece of equipment was the 50” cut vertical panel saw. This saw helps us to cut our sign material down to the needed size. We use it frequently to cut 4'x8' sheets of Aluminum, MDO, Coroplast, PVC, Dibond, and Acrylic.
