Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Tom and Mary Joan Bueb of Turquoise Mesa Winery in Broomfield, CO. We were called upon by Tom and Mary Joan to make them an exterior sign to mark the entrance of their winery. As you can see from their sign in the image above, they have a winery, tasting room and a sales floor on location. Also, featured in the sales area, are some nice art pieces made by a local artist.
Turquoise Mesa Winery is an established winery, and has been growing over the last few years. They've grown so much that they had to move to a new, larger location. And just last weekend, they had their grand opening.
Turquoise Mesa Winery has some of the tastiest wines in the area. I can attest because I attended the grand opening. My favorite was the Riesling. I was pleasantly surprised, because I am not a white wine drinker. There are few other wineries that source all their grapes from Colorado, making their wine a truly local product. With the culinary world fixated on local and fresh food products, I'm sure local wines, like those produced by Turquoise Mesa Winery, would make a perfect food paring.
Their new location is on a side street, off of a major roadway, on 120th Street and Teller Avenue. It's one of those hidden treasures. But with a sign bright like this one, they can still be seen from the main road.
