Vista Royalodge Monument Sign on the street needed letters. We helped with gemini letters
behind it and it was visually pulling the whole community look and feel down. Vista Royalodge had great advantages. It is a great home and place to live. It is affordable, but carries the advantages of ownership. Vista Royalodge is a perfect for retirees, a quiet, clean and enjoyable place. We showed how we gutted that sign and rebuilt it. They also had a curb side Monument Sign at the entrance. They built a second sign on the other side and had no lettering. The original sign used Gemini letters.
Gemini letters have been around sense the late 1940s. They are plastic molded letters. They are molded and come in many different sizes and fonts. If the style and size exist, it can be a better sign at a better price. These Gemini letters also carry a life time guarantee. The guarantee does not cover missing letters (the problem with the mate to this new sign) but it does cover damage, fade and other problems
The second problem was a sign right at the entrance. Vista Royalodge wanted a matching entry sign. They had this

built and painted – then they needed the letters. These needed to match the letters from the first side. It turns out there was a very good decision made a number of years ago. These letters were plastic and they were made by the Gemini Letters company. They are still very much in business and making the same letters. We ordered these out including a replacement letter for the old sign and they were exactly the same as the originals. Using a pattern we drilled holes and carefully mounted each letter into he new sign and the result is shown. The blank monument is also shown.
