We had installed some vehicle graphics for Barsco on their trucks before so when they needed to have some vehicle graphics put onto some trailers, they knew they could count Visual Dynamics Sign and Image Solutions to get the job done.
Barsco was established in Dallas, TX back in 1934. They have been suppling parts for HVAC systems with superior customer service and take great pride in the integrity of their work.

Here is the installed vehicle graphics on one of the back trailer doors that we completed for Barsco.
There were two trailers that needed to have the vehicle graphics replaced on their back doors. Needing to replace graphics of trailers doors is not uncommon. Trailer doors are open and closed repeatedly throughout the work day, usually without much concern on taking care not to slam the door or scratch the vinyl graphics. They are also exposed to extreme road and weather conditions which can quickly aggravate vehicle graphics that are damaged, even when that damage appears to be minimal. Barsco is located around the corner from our office so we were able to easily stop by and get the door measurements for both the 43 and 54 foot trailers. They were able to provide us with the graphic image files that our design team scaled to fit on each trailer door. We were asked to complete the job over the weekend because they needed the trailers out on the road doing deliveries during the work week. At Visual Dynamics Sign and Image Solutions we are always happy to work around the schedule of our customers. With the vehicle graphics printed, laminated and cut, our installation team arrived early one Saturday morning to clean and prepare the trailer doors for the vehicle graphics. Each door underwent a multi step process to remove the existing vehicle graphics and any dirt that was on the doors. Unfortunately, one of the doors had extensive ghosting that remained after the team removed the old, damaged graphics. We had a discussion with Barsco to explain the options for their trailer vehicle graphics, they agreed that it would look better if we applied a full wrap to the trailer door. Since we did not have the wrap designed and printed, we told them we would be able to finish the second trailer the following weekend, and the customer was fine with that arrangement.
