When we met with them to talk about their vision for the front doors, they explained they wanted a professional, classic look using the font they had selected for their logo. Maintaining a consistent look for your brand is essential to build brand awareness and recognition. It was agreed that using a frosted etched glass vinyl would be the best way to achieve this look, and we would spread the information over their two front doors. Etched glass vinyl is a great option as it is less expensive than etched glass and it is also removable for when you move or require an update to your information. They wanted to have the name of their practice as the main focal point so their clients could easily identify their office location. They also wanted to showcase the names of their legal team as well as their contact information. Our Visual Dynamics Sign and Image Solutions team was able to verify the font they used on their branding and set up to work on a design for their review and approval. With the approval on hand, our production team began cutting out the text on Mactac B-Free window etched vinyl and preparing it for installation.
Here are the installed dimensional letters for the lobby.
For their lobby area, they wanted to have their name on the wall behind the reception desk in dimensional letters for a lobby sign. During our conversation they explained that they wanted to maximize the space available. We took a number of photographs and measurements so we could create a few mock ups for their review and approval. We also discussed various types of materials their letters could be produced in. It was agreed that a brushed aluminum would best achieve their goals. Our Visual Dynamics Sign and Image Solutions design team got to work and provided them with multiple options of fonts and letter sizes for their review. When they made their selection it was discovered that we would be making ¾” thick letters that would be 8” tall. To save on material and make the letters light enough for easy installation, we used a brushed aluminum face on a foam substrate; this meant we could quickly install the letters with a special double sided tape and not have to drill each letter into the wall.
Installation of both the door window graphics with the etched glass vinyl as well and the dimensional wall letters were done the same day by our Visual Dynamics Sign and Image Solutions installation team. They were able to complete both projects on time for the customer without disrupting their regular business day.
