During our telephone conversation, they explained they wanted their name and logo in vinyl graphics on their wall. They verified that they had the proper digital image files for us to work with and knew the name of their font. We conducted a quick and free, on site survey to obtain the measurements of the wall and to test the wall with a few samples of wall graphic vinyl. We do this extra step to ensure that not only will the vinyl will stick to the wall, but that it won’t damage the wall when it is time to remove the wall graphic. With all this information on hand, our design team got to work on creating a proof to be sent to the customer for review and approval. Once this step was completed, our production team fired up the machines and got to work printing the approved colors of the wall graphic, applying a matte laminate, cutting out the wall graphic and prepping it for installation. When the day came to install the wall graphic, our team arrived at the McKinney location and cleaned the wall before quickly installing the wall graphic lobby sign. We were able to complete this job during business hours without disrupting their regular workday.
