When they contacted us, they explained they had a photo example of what they were looking for but had not been able to find a sign company that could make it for them. The material we chose was ½” ultra board because it was thick enough to have the hardy look they wanted but light enough to be hung from the ceiling grid. While our graphic department started printing and laminating the vinyl graphic, our production team got to work on constructing the hanging box sign frame. Once the box was built, we were ready to install the printed and laminated vinyl directly onto the box and install the hanging hardware. Using a special magnet system and measured loop line, the hanging ceiling box sign can now be hung from any ceiling grid with ease. If you look at a close up the photo above, you can see each loop. This system can be used offices or warehouses without needing a lift because we have a telescopic tool for easy sign installation, re positioning and removal.
