Without trust a team really does not go very far, you have to trust the people on the team. When I was in the military, trust was huge, because really in the military lives are on the line. You had to trust the person in the fox hole next to you, because if you got injured or hurt or anything happened to you, you needed to trust that the next person had your back and they could help you; they can get you to safety, they can deal with a situation, they will take care of you, they will not leave you behind, and you need to know that everybody on the team is going to do that for each other.
