When a person is working for the good of their co-workers and doesn’t want to let them down, it adds another layer of motivation to their everyday job duties.
If accountability is lacking in your workspace, try to be more transparent about company goals and give people clear roles in how they can help you reach them. Once these are established, accountability becomes more natural and is easier to track, and your company can reach new heights.
