Thousand Oaks – This first example is a home that we did for Brian S. in Thousand Oaks, CA. This single-story home with gray/blue paint and white trim work really pops against their landscape. The previous color was a pale white or beige color that seemed to blend in to the landscape and disappear. Camarillo, CA – In this next example we went from a white home to a tan color with brown trim and some small accents of white from the windows. These homeowners, who are located in Camarillo, CA, wanted a color scheme that was closer to the earthy tone family; something that would blend in more with their yard and surroundings.
Wood Ranch, CA – This third example is of a two-story home located in Wood Ranch, CA. This beige home with brown trim work and a white garage really turned out nicely. As you can see in the image to the left, a home that has an extra bit of detail, an extra bit of trim work, really stands out. It can be the difference in getting top dollar or not when selling or renting out your home.
