We’ve been working with Kleinman Realty Company a lot of the past few months. They are undertaking a large overhaul of several of their properties, with L7 Flats being one of them. The old signage was clearly dated and worn, so we helped them design something that was unique and modern for a replacement. The pictures provided show the sign before and after installation was complete. The before picture features the sign body prior to adding any lettering or numbers. It has a great shape that we feel helps showcase the complex’s name and information. The second photo is right after the sign was put in place, featuring the decorative rocks prior to the rest of the landscaping. This sign is easy to spot and truly unlike any other in the area, helping them stand out to potential renters. This fabulous monument sign is made from opaque digital prints and cut vinyl over an aluminum base. The sign is non-illuminated, so we were able to save time on the typical electrical work that goes into many monument signs. Once the aluminum base, reveal, and panel were assembled, the apartment name was added as a print. The rest was done using a simple die-cut vinyl. The benefit of a monument sign is mainly to get noticed and have your business name put out there, but with such a unique sign you get the added benefit of impressing the community.
