We love the sign business, but few things beat the pleasure of designing and creating a great lobby sign. It’s impactful for the customers and their clients alike, and it’s wonderful to see everything come together upon installation. Such was the case for BevSource, which had us working on one of our most recent lobby sign projects. The pictures provided show the sign upon installation. One view is a close up to showcase the lettering, color, and dimensional aspect, which the other pulls back and shows the lobby sign as a client would see it. We love the way their brand colors pop against the solid red wall, and the lighting fixtures give it an added kick. It’s a great sign that truly bring the reception area together. BevSource provides their customers with beverage development, production, sourcing, and logistics services. The business began in 2002 as a partnership under the name of PSI, or Production Services International. A subsidiary was created in 2006, thusly named BevSource. Recently, in 2016, the two companies merged under one umbrella and have helped over 1,000 products hit the market since the establishment of PSI. This lobby sign is mostly comprised of acrylic materials, from the backing panel to the custom-painted 3D lettering. Each piece was cut out using factory grade machinery and attached to the back panel using a cut pattern and 100% silicone adhesive. When we were ready for installation, we used anchors in the walls because they wanted a sleek look, without the bolts from what is often used. Lobby signs are extremely important for businesses as they are the first impression for many customers and clients upon entering the location. It can also speak to the nature and level of professionalism of the business, often through design and quality. Finally, it’s a great way to reinforce your brand in the minds of customers, making it instantly recognizable to them.
