Some of the most fun signage projects for us are the ones that differ from the norm. Ellie Family Services called us asking for an illuminated lobby sign, a far cry from your typical metal or acrylic sign, and we were happy to help. They have a unique logo that was perfect for an impactful and memorable lobby sign.

The pictures provided show the sign as it appears hanging in their lobby behind the receptionist’s desk. The first image looks head on at the sign in its entirety, where the second one shows the detail of the illuminated elephant and accompanying grass piece. These various medias come together to form a sign that stands out and is truly impressive.
Ellie Family Services describes their operations as, “Bettering the lives of everyday families by creating and delivering innovated and customized wellness solutions.” Their personalized treatment plans help fill the gaps in services and programs that may not encompass all of one’s needs.
This lobby sign is made up of vinyl lettering, an illuminated metal logo, and false turf on a wooden plank. The vinyl was die cut and weeded, then masked to prepare it for a simple install. The elephant logo is routed from metal and fit with LED light arranged to give it a halo effect. Once stud mounted to the wall, the vinyl was

installed around it.
Lobby signs are crucial for any business that takes clients in office, but such a unique and memorable one makes it even more beneficial. Clients will be impressed at the creativity and attention to detail, and may remember the sign specifically long after leaving. These signs help give an air of professionalism and show clients that your business or organization cares about their appearance.
