At Signsational Graphics, we love creating lobby signs, so we were very excited to get a call from Shelard Village Apartments. They needed something decorative to brand their lobby and a brushed metal sign seemed like the perfect solution. We quickly got to work translating their logo into a dimensional work of art. The pictures provided show two different angles of the finished sign. The first is a closer, straight-on view that allows you to focus on the design. The second is an angled shot, positioned further away so as to give a glimpse as to what the space looks like as a whole. We are big fans of how the metal looks against the smooth, beige wall. It’s modern, classy, and very aesthetically pleasing. Shelard Village is an upscale apartment complex that is managed by Kleinman Realty Co. The complex offers renters multiple sought-after amenities, including an indoor gym and an outdoor pool. Their common areas are all very tastefully designed and cozy, a feeling that follows you into the individual apartments. They provide renters with gorgeous spaces for very competitive rates. To create this sign, we were able to buy the individual letters already prepped. They were slightly cleaned and buffed upon arrival to give them their final look, but the style and font were available pre-made. The lines were laser cut from a piece of metal, then buffed and rounded out to finish. For installation, a stencil was placed against the wall to make placing the studs a breeze. Once the studs were installed, we could then fit each piece and letter to their appropriate places. It is very important to brand your space, especially your lobby area.
