We recently had the pleasure of working with Red Kap, a company that specializes in the manufacturing and sales of quality work clothing. They were in need of an attractive sign for a local trade show and we were happy to help. The design was a little different than your typical trade show sign, using a gorgeous metallic overlay.
The pictures provided show the sign from both a near and far angle. The far angle gives you a view of the sign in its entirety, showcasing the reflective, glossy finish and subtle patterned logo background. In the near angle, looking closely allows you to see the metallic aspect of the sign. This feature is the most apparent in the white areas, such as the inner logo border and the logo lettering. This finish is quite the eye-catcher, especially when positioned with a reflecting light.
Founded in 1923, Red Kap is a family business that manufactures and distributes durable work clothing and outerwear. They started out specializing in bib overalls, but quickly expanded to all types of general work wear. The company is headquartered out of Nashville, Tennessee, but they have distributors all over the country and make their brand presence known in all competitive markets.
This beautiful sign is made out of a brushed aluminum panel with a clear overlay, giving it a view-through metallic look. The logo was put onto a transparent print, allowing for the metal backing to make an impression. The logo featured differs from their traditional branding, helping the company branch out for the expected continued growth.
