We recently had the opportunity to work with Waterstone Mortgage on their beautification project for their office in Maple Grove. They wanted something subtle and attractive that wouldn’t interfere with the current design scheme, and frosted windows were the way to go.
In the image provided, you can see how wonderful the finished product turned out. The frosted window vinyl looks exquisite next to their classic pillars, giving the perfect amount of privacy to their conference room. Their logo is cut out of the vinyl to help reinforce their brand in the mind of customers and employees alike.
For such a large corporation, with branches in more than 15 states, Waterstone Mortgage gives their clients the kind of care and attention you would expect from a much smaller lending agency. We thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with them on this project, and they showed their passion and professionalism every step of the way.
To create this beautiful cut vinyl design, we mapped out the pattern in our design software and scaled the dimensions to fit perfectly in each pane. The file is then sent to our die-cutting machine to achieve the perfect, smooth lines you see in the photo. Application is where things can get tricky, as vinyl doesn’t always lay exactly where and how you want it. Our staff has numerous installations under their belts, so it was no large feat to get it exactly right.
Beyond looking fabulous, frosted vinyl has numerous other benefits. It filters out harmful ultraviolet rays, maximizes natural light, blocks heat, acts as an insulator, provides privacy, and can even add security to your windows when using heavy-duty materials.
