Take a look at our product process for a set of event banners and signage. We created high-quality, eye-catching signs for Hope for Three’s “Golf FORE Autism” third annual tournament.
Hope For Three is a local 501c3 nonprofit organisation that provides outreach programs, resources, and support for families and individuals who live on the autism spectrum. We love sponsoring for their events with high-quality signage because their events and programs have such a positive impact on the Fort Bend community at large.
For any golf tournament, high quality and eye-catching signage is a must! Announcement and welcome banners, signs to designate different holes, tee sponsor signs, and step and repeat banner frames are essentials for any golf tournament event. We provided Hope for Three with multiple banners, coroplast yard signs to designate each tee with its corresponding business sponsor, foam board signs on easels for the auction items and raffle prize tables, and a removable, graphic welcome sign for the glass door at the front.
Beginning with our banners, we use 13 oz scrim banner vinyl and reinforce with banner taped hems and grommets to ensure quality and durability. One of the most eye-catching banners we created was a large one all of the sponsors ranked and listed along with their various logos. This was installed right near the entrance of the course for players attending to take photos in front of and be able to see all the sponsors laid out nicely. The team installed on-site before the event began. We worked together to make sure that the banners were highly visible and secure as it was a very windy & rainy day.
Ultraboard is product we use almost exclusively for indoor and one time events that call for a temporary foam board option. Why we choose this over the lesser quality foam boards out there like gatorfoam, is because it contains a styrene face as opposed to a paper face which can easily dent or tear. We chose to use this for all the indoor signs and they looked fantastic!
The last product we used was coroplast. You have probably seen these in yards or on the side of the road advertising something. They are easily fitted with metal stakes that go into the ground. They were the perfect choice for the tee box signs and other temporary wayfinding signs throughout the course.
