We were recently contacted by Cristy Davis, current PTA president at Shafer Elementary here in Katy,Texas. She needed some parking signs for their online auction fundraiser and we were eager to help get these done before school was out!
There were existing parking signs for last year’s winners but due to some issues with their previous install, we decided to re-do the signs altogether. We wanted the new signs to look cohesive and easy to change out year after year so we presented some alternative options to Cristy, who brought it to her PTA board for approval. Communication and clarity is key when there are multiple people having to sign off on a project. We had the experience and patience to offer this to Cristy and her team and she couldn’t have been happier with the end results!
During our free strategy sessions that we offer all our clients, we walk them through the process so they know what to expect at every stage. We offered our client the parking signs they needed, at the right price so they still made good money off the auction items and within the timeframe they needed it. The signs began with one idea but ended up in a different direction once we assessed the existing signs and offered viable alternatives. The resulting signs will bring highly coveted VIP status parking spots to the two winning families for the next school year. If you attend Shafer elementary and brave the car rider line twice a day, you might want to try for one of these next year!
