If you’re anything like me, you get a pain in your neck every time you come across a real estate agent or a real estate brokerage with a website that is clearly provided to them by their franchise. It’s almost like they are a network marketer getting the basic website instead of building their own business with their own branding and website.
When we were approached by a Central Florida and South Florida real estate brokerage to rebuild their website, I was ecstatic! I love working in the real estate space and this was my chance to have a blast and show off a little bit. The result was quite awesome!
What We Were Doing
IRM Real Estate contacted us because they had a website that was 5 years old that hasn’t been updated in years and needed a little care. We eagerly got to work once we finished the website onboarding process and began building them a brand new state of the art real estate website. We built a site that would allow the brokerage to add their own featured properties and could also search the MLS. This would help prospective buyers when looking for a home on the company’s website.
Our Technical Approach
We build the website using WordPress, one of the most popular CMS (content management systems) online. This will allow our client to have a ton of options in regards to functionality and usability and also gives them the freedom to update and edit their site as needed. We made sure there were plenty of contact and lead generation forms so our client could be able to capture potential information from their clients whenever possible. The site is also set up with SEO best practices so they can have a better chance of competing with some top real estate agents and brokerages in Orlando, FL, and the surrounding area in Central Florida.
When all is said and done, we left with quite the website for this real estate brokerage and their team of real estate agents.
