In early 2021, we rebuilt the website for a local health, life, and supplemental insurance agency called Trent Advisors. It was a fun project that challenged us as a team as there were some moving parts, like an ever-growing partner directory for their trusted referral partners. Homepage

The website opens to a video background above the fold with a headline that attracts browsers into the sites and also provides contact information without the need to scroll. As you scroll down, you see a highlight of the services that are offered, and move further to see the coverage area (30+ states)!

About Page

The about page starts with a little bit about the agency as a whole and then talks about the agency's owner, Jeffrey Kahler. Jeffrey takes a unique approach to insurance because he was once a teacher. Education is important to him so he educates his clients as best possible to ensure they receive the coverage they need. Another unique aspect about the agency is its guiding principles and symbolism around their logo, the lighthouse which is displayed on the about page.

Partner Page and Referral System

The partner page project was a big and unique project we tackled. Creating the directory was fairly simple. Each partner has its own page with information and a way to contact the partner. However, once you contact the partner, they get an email from Jeffrey that is automatically written sharing your contact information as a referral introduction with your message. After they receive that, you receive an email from Jeffrey confirming your information has been sent to the partner and that he will be following up with them about the referral. This positions Jeffrey has a connector and a valuable resource making him a great referral source and future referral recipient.

Easy to Contact
