Our newest wrap is a full size Ford Transit – wrapped completely in hot pink vinyl! It has a breast cancer awareness ribbon (logo) on each side and in the back. The door says American Plumbing, but on the full back side and in the back it says: Plumbers with a purpose. . . Barbie font completes the look! Along the top rail of each side, there is a message that says “5% of each sale will be donated to Breast Cancer Awareness”. Owner Todd says that he has been stopped on the road and given a donation by people who want to support his cause. . . .
Under the direction of marketing director Rick Barnum and designer Lynn Koellermeier, the first truck is a huge success. The vinyl used was 3M 1080 and has a gloss texture. Color is PMS 218. We searched the internet to find just the right shade of pink and contacted anther printer in South Carolina to ask which color they had used on a similar project involving a racecar. There have been rumors of company shirts, etc. . . we’ll wait and see.
