Academy Mortgage in Pleasant Hill[/caption]
Starting a new business or relocating your present business? It seems exciting until you get into the thick of things. Providing you have been able to select a location and are approved, you and your realtor work have worked with the property manager and eventually came to an agreement on your buildout (wall configuration, doors, windows, colors, electrical, floors), and your monthly lease rate. I won’t try to explain all of that. . . .
After the hammers have silenced and the electrician has gone home, you probably still have certain things you need to do so that your company identity is evident when the customers start to walk in. It might be the placement of displays and set up of computers and tables, or it might mean unique wall color for special interest areas. Some time after that, you should be watching as your dimensional letters are installed, inside, outside? WHAAAaa? Forgot the signs? ? ?
Wait? Who ordered them? We are opening in 2 weeks and we have no signs! Luckily, you are reading this article and we are close enough to help. If you have a logo, we can have it made into a beautiful 3 dimensional sign for you. Need a logo? We’re there. Do you still need a menu? business cards? Mural on an important wall?
