The property manager's roofing vendor installed red terracotta tiles on the roof to match the plaza's architecture. We painted the sign body duranodic bronze with white sides, mounted black acrylic address numbers, and applied black vinyl QR codes on each side panel. Two through-bolts at half-inch by ten inches anchor the monument at two points of attachment, securing the full assembly to its new foundation.
