Half-Inch Black Acrylic Letters The dimensional lettering we produced used half-inch thick black acrylic, drilled and tapped for stud mounting directly to wall surfaces where the school needed strong visual identification that students and visitors could read from a distance. This thickness creates substantial shadow lines under corridor lighting, making letters visible from down the hallway in ways that thinner materials simply cannot achieve with the same presence. The accompanying lettering also used three-eighths-inch black acrylic, and we drilled and tapped every component for stud mounting that will keep this mascot display secure and level for years of student traffic. Precision Bronze Plaque Craftsmanship The one-quarter-inch-thick bronze plaque represents the highest level of permanent signage that school spaces can display, featuring precision tooling that creates raised tactile lettering surrounded by a 0.15-inch-wide single-line border defining the plaque edges. The background received a sanded texture finish with dark oxide treatment, creating visual depth and contrast against the raised elements, then the entire piece was clear-coated with a satin finish that protects without creating glare under interior lighting. We stud-mounted this plaque with silicone backing for moisture protection behind the piece. Bronze communicates permanence and prestige in ways that no other material can match. Gold and Black Color Consistency The gold and black color scheme carries through every sign type in this installation, creating visual consistency that reinforces the school's brand identity at every turn through the building. Gold elements pop against black backgrounds and dark wall colors, drawing student attention to the information each sign conveys while maintaining the dignified aesthetic that academic environments require. We verify color consistency across different materials and production methods, ensuring that gold on the bronze plaque relates properly to gold elements in printed graphics, even though substrates and fabrication processes differ entirely.
