We Built Custom, Layered Signage That Spoke With Substance Once the design proofs were approved and production was greenlit, we began fabrication using durable, high-impact materials. The main lobby sign featured dimensional acrylic lettering: “Glanbia” was cut from 1-inch thick acrylic, while the secondary line, “Nutritionals,” used ¼-inch acrylic for visual hierarchy. Each letter was painted a clean, high-contrast white, with the brand’s circular logo rendered in full Pantone orange. To add depth and visibility, we applied a digital print to the face of the logo element, bringing it to life in full color. Nothing about this piece was flat or generic. Every part of it was built to reflect the strength, confidence, and clarity of the brand it represented. Installation Was Engineered for Both Strength and Aesthetics To ensure a secure, damage-free mount, our team used a dual-bonding method of VHB tape and silicone adhesive—tested and proven for long-term hold on interior surfaces. The entire sign measured over 82 inches wide and nearly 24 inches tall, making it a commanding presence in the space. We aligned it to the wall using laser levels and a custom mounting template, ensuring perfect balance within the lobby's visual focal point.
