Acrylic Panel Lobby Sign
One of San Diego’s well-known attorneys, Anna R. Yum boasts an impressive education and job history, along with an equally impressive list of high profile cases she has handled in her current role as a defense attorney. Ms. Yum pays attention to detail and quality and that is something we wanted to reflect with the sign we created for her lobby.
The office logo is intricate, so when we sat down with the staff we worked to find a way to translate that to a dimensional lobby sign, using a photo and measurements of the space to scale the logo, and looking over inspiration photos from the client. We created a clear acrylic panel, a quarter-inch thick with flame-polished, beveled edges. On that, we installed quarter-inch-thick acrylic letters in a beautiful brushed silver laminate facing with painted gray edges, adjusting the logo to work within the parameters of the sign. Eight holes drilled into the panel support stainless steel standoffs, all installed flawlessly with a custom drill pattern.
