Our client, MGE Properties, bought a property in need of a facelift and a consistent look across the whole strip mall setting. Their Vista, CA mall needed new signage that is both attractive and functional. We made it happen with a series of formed-plastic dimensional letter signs, designed to look good while letting customers easily navigate the mall.
Storefront Sign Upgrades

For this project, our work started with getting permitting from the City of Vista. To do so, we created a complete comprehensive sign program for Williamston Center, which involved creation of all necessary documents to define the criteria in accordance with city requirements. We submitted the application on behalf of our client and completed the processing, which took many months but was well worth the effort to add value to the property and make sure everything was done correctly without our clients having to worry about it.
Strip Mall Signs – Before and After
With this property, we created a full set of formed-plastic dimensional letters, for each storefront. The text is in Roman Classic font with 10″ high all capital letters, formed in a duranodic bronze color. Our services included stud-mounted construction, mounting templates and installation for each storefront. We chose this material and style, along with our client, for the classic look and the long-lasting, weather resistant finish with a lifetime guarantee to look and function wonderfully.
