After the client had signed off the design proofs, we started production. We provided the machine-cut numbers and letters from ½” thick PVC painted metallic silver. To ensure consistency, we used an Optima font for all units and a standard size of 3” tall.   We also provided the custom templates for the client to install each set of numbers with precise alignment and spacing.  As each phase was completed, then the next batch of numbers was produced over a span of two months in line with the property restoration.
