You can see in the photo that the building sign we created is simple but looks great. It is modern and attractive, created by our designers after presenting our client with options for thicknesses and materials. The client selected 1” thick solid acrylic lettering, painted matte black. The letters were built to maximum letter height for Carlsbad, 24” high, and flush mounted to the building with no spacers.

WorkSpace is a unique setup in Carlsbad. Here, a collaborative and creative community environment exists for professionals who need space to work. Everyone is charged the same daily rate, and given access to meeting rooms, training rooms, dedicated desks, and drinks and snacks. When you need a place to work, this is an amazing location. We wanted our custom business signage for WorkSpace to match the dedication to detail that our clients possess.
To create this custom business signage, we went through a few processes. First, we consulted with the client to determine what they needed and showed them various design choices to ensure that they were able to select what best matched their vision. We also used the customer supplied logo to create consistent branding with a matching exterior sign on the building.

We worked with the property management company, Meissner Jacquet, to get the HOA Board Approvals and the City of Carlsbad for permitting. With all of the approvals and permits in hand, we installed the custom building sign for our client, meeting their deadline with ease. The client was able to have the sign-up and ready for their ribbon cutting to let the neighborhood know about their existence.
