HB SD Collection/Parallel Capital Partners in San Diego, CA needed brand new monuments for Corporate Office Business Park Complex, multi-buildings. They are under renovations, and they wanted exterior sign upgrades. Our team was happy to help them out with that! There are two images depicting the results of our completed monument sign. In the last image below, you will see the side of one of the buildings. The large building address numbers were provided by our team, and will allow for easier navigation by tenants and staff.
The large monument sign needed to be retrofitted, removing the old monument from the foundation -- which was prepared and repainted to install the new monument. The large sign solution measured in at 72.5" tall x 140" wide, while the smaller monument is measured at 60" tall x 46" wide. Aluminum monument structure was fabricated with Stained Wood, and custom PMS color matching paints. All lettering and logo were cutouts, and applied as detailed in specs provided by client (specs to match canopy design). The smaller monument was branded new, and designed to match the larger one with brick masonry foundation, and stained IPE wood. The paint was even made to match the trim on the building.
