TNP Real Estate approached us at North Coast Signs with a need for multiple types of signage for The Campus at Copley in San Diego. They were in need of address signs for three campus buildings, parking lot directional signage with exit signs, and a monument sign for the property entrance.
The new monument sign was constructed for TNP Real Estate using an aluminum structure measuring at 6′. It was painted using a custom PMS color matching paint to allow a cohesive appearance to the other signage. We used dimensional lettering cutouts to remain in compliance with the City of San Diego sign codes. The directional signage and exit signs were fabricated using vinyl prints adhered to 3mm Dibond. We painted the back and posts with a complimenting black shade. The signs measured in at 32”x32” when completed. At North Coast Signs, we also needed to create the building address numbers. We did two signs per each of the three campus buildings. These signs were printed on 3mm thick Dibond panels. The final dimensions of the address number signs were 38” in height to 62” in width with numbers 15.5” high. All of these address signs were securely mounted to lay flush with the buildings facade. The end results were sign investments that pleased our clients, and a service provided that made North Coast Signs proud!
In the image above you will see the finished and installed monument sign. Notice the bold color found with the Pantone PMS color matching paint, and the information is clear on the sign. Below right is an image of one of the address numbers that we installed on the three campus buildings. It is legible from any distance, and offers a great visual with the contrasting color scheme of white on a darker background. 
In the images bottom left you will see two photos of the directional signage that we installed in the parking lot at TNP Real Estates’s property. This is both an exit sign, and a navigation sign to aid the public in efficient movement in the parking lot. These signs also allow a cohesive blending with the color matching PMS paint.
