After relocating their business, Project Walk enlisted our services to design, fabricate, and install a new building sign. They were looking for a sign that was sized to fit their new facility. We were also requested to manufacture window letter graphics for the front window. At North Coast Signs, we knew we could help them out!
Our first challenge was creating the building sign in scale to their new location. Using the Project Walk business logo, we created a personalized sign from 1/2" thick acrylic. Then we painted the new sign to match their branding Pantone PMS colors, and chose a stud-mount installation method. The project lettering measured at: "Project" 11" high, "W" 18" high, and "ALK" 13.5" high, with overall width of entire sign measured 113" wide. The finished product was a large, eye-catching piece that represented both Project Walk's professionalism, and also their fresh look. We then adhered white vinyl lettering graphics to the front window to display company information, as well as their logo.
Project Walk is the world leader in spinal injury and paralysis recovery. They are a company dedicated to the activity-based recovery programs, training, research, and education for those with paralysis. The Carlsbad location is the worldwide headquarters for Project Walk, and we wanted to give a superior product that reflected the importance of our client.
In the image above you will see a photo of the new building sign, and also the graphics installed on the front window. The completed projects are both precise in their information, and also visually appealing. They give a clear message of the facilities purpose, while maintaining an image with impact. Below left is a close up photo of the graphics mounted to the front window. We chose white to give the drastic contrast to the dark glass. Below right is a closer image of the building sign. You can see the added dimensional look, the cohesiveness to the window graphics, and the bold coloring.
