Client: The Loft Hair Design & Skin Care
We were recently contacted by The Loft Hair Design & Skin Care in Carlsbad, CA. They were becoming new tenants at a new construction mall. The Loft was looking for a sign company that could create a channel letter sign that fit the malls sign criteria and city codes. We decided upon the specifics of the design and got to work, here is what we did!
The picture above shows The Loft Hair Design & Skin Care’s brand new channel letters. As you can tell, we used black for the lettering which really pops off the color of the building. The halo above “The Loft Hair Design & Skin Care” can be illuminuted at night and is extremely visible from the busy intersection. The images below show another view of the sign from further away and another that shows the LEDs which allow the sign to be illuminated.

Often times when creating exterior signage such as channel letter signs, certain criteria may need to be met to meet specifications and city codes. This was the case for The Loft Hair Design & Skin Care, so we started with obtaining those specifics. Their logo and “The Loft” are 23 inch tall reverse channels, which are backlit. The halo is also backlit and intended to be seen from afar. “Hair Design & Skin Care” was done in 9 inch tall black acrylic and is half an inch thick.
