Project: Menu Board Sign Customer: Choice Restaurant Location: Carlsbad, CA Located in the heart of Carlsbad Village, on the corner of State Street and Carlsbad Village Drive, is a restaurant with a new idea about how we should eat and fuel our bodies. It’s a restaurant that urges you to make a choice.  Aptly named, The Choice Restaurant is a super-food bar and juicer, featuring gluten-free and dairy free smoothies and bowls. Their goal is to help their customers choose to eat better and feel better every day. We received a call from them because they needed a new menu board sign, which you can see in the picture above. The Choice Restaurant is a new concept that took over a unique cargo-container-turned-restaurant in a refreshing park-like setting in the heart of the quaint downtown village of Carlsbad by the sea.  Since we at North Coast Signs specialize in menu board signs for restaurants, as well as all other kinds of signs for any type of business, we were able to provide a sign that would be functional and look great. As you can see in the image, the new menu board sign is a beautiful centerpiece for the restaurant and clearly helps customers make their ideal personal choice. To produce the sign, we custom printed on premium 3M vinyl, and laminated the surface with a matte finish UV protective coating – since it’s an outdoor sign – to help ensure the sign would endure the elements over the years.  This is a double-sided menu board sign, so we mounted their graphics, which were 6′ wide by 3′ tall, onto both sides of 080 aluminum.
