We treat all our customers the same. We treat them with the highest level of customer service, professionalism, and high quality work. And we appreciate all our customers equally too. But, recently, we were contacted by the Vista Chamber of Commerce, and while we do treat all our customers equally, the Chamber of Commerce is just a little extra special. When the Chamber of Commerce hires you for your services, it’s a chance to let hundreds of other businesses in the Chamber, know who you are. It’s a chance to potentially gain a whole bunch of new clients, just by helping out one.
But even though the Chamber is an exciting client, we know this is true for our other clients as well. When we do a great job for our clients, they tell their friends, who in turn, tell their friends. So we know how important it is to treat all of our clients equally, with only the highest quality service possible. In fact, the majority of our business comes from referrals.
For this project, we made 7 banner signs to promote the Vista Strawberry Festival on May 26, 2013. If you’re not familiar with the festival, it’s the biggest annual community event in Vista. The signs were hung in various places to advertise the upcoming event all over town. The banners were printed on premium banner material with a matte finish so the banners wouldn’t reflect the bright Southern California sun.
We did experience one notable challenge on this project. The artwork that was provided had a very low resolution, and the strawberries, when enlarged, became bit-mapped, or “pixelated.” So we helped the customer find vector art that could be scaled up, without losing resolution, to achieve the crisp, hi-resolution they needed for such large banners.
Our banner services focus on larger projects with multiple large banners. With larger orders we are able to discount our rates and make our banners very affordable. Small banners in limited quantity aren’t our focus and it might be best to find another option if you’re searching for a small, single banner that is very low cost.
