To warrant the claims of your company being first class, something as simple as a parking lot sign can make all the difference. Instead of the typical metal pole and aluminum panel directing your clients, a custom designed directional monument will make a more permanent impression.
North Coast Signs assisted Alphatec Spine in Carlsbad, CA in achieving this exact effect with the addition of their new commercial sign in the parking lot at their corporate headquarters. The challenge here was matching an existing sign design that would direct visitors to the correct building. The first step was to pick porcelain tile samples that agreed with the already established look of the site. It was important to choose tiles that best matched the grain and coloration of the existing monument. Next, we used the Pantone color guide to match the same PMS paint color on the upper portions of the sign. The new sign was then fabricated with two boxes from aluminum panels, which were anchored by two square aluminum posts secured in concrete footings. Finally, the tile was then custom cut and applied on site.
The finished product not only matches the existing features exactly, but does so with the durability to withstand the outdoor elements with style. No longer will the guests and delivery drivers wander into the wrong building for their needs.
