The Four Walls of Palladium

SYNOPSIS: Having a detailed, visible plan shows that Palladium Signs possesses a clear path toward growth and scale – both internally and externally.
BY: ,
Palladium Signs’ trajectory toward growth and expansion – beyond even just the Middle Tennessee area – starts with a firm belief in the value of a transparent message. Obviously, finding creative ways to broadcast this message attracts prospective clients. But there is more to it than that. Palladium believes that by implementing a unique process map, they can inspire anyone to set and achieve their goals. But what exactly is a “process map?” Enter “The Lab”, Palladium’s meeting room dedicated to providing their message to the public. Literally anyone can walk in off the street and admire the four walls, each representing different aspects of Palladium’s trajectory.

The First Wall

The first wall includes Palladium’s four core values – quality, integrity, customer service, and innovation – with a short description beneath each explaining each ideal. Next to these values, on the same wall, the “market brainstorming” area gives anyone the opportunity to brainstorm marketing ideas on a speech bubble coated with magnetic paint.

The Second Wall

The second is the “marketing personas” wall. Split into thirds, each third dedicated to the three types of companies Palladium strives to engage: commercial developers, educational organizations, and service companies. Beneath each archetype, Palladium inscribes their individual needs. Additionally, a portion of the second wall lists all the companies they hope to do business with someday.

The Third Wall

Wall three is Palladium’s “tracking wall.” Here, they track monthly sales and have a comprehensive networking calendar, where all of their staff – from designers to salespersons – write out their planned networking events for the next 60 days. Palladium believes that the key to fostering a genuine, lasting business relationship is getting involved with their clients as much as possible – not just checking in every quarter under the guise of a social hour. They strive to be involved on a weekly – even daily – basis.

The Fourth Wall

The diagram on Palladium’s final wall -- the growth wall -- showcases Palladium’s process: initial sale, design process, various production stages, product delivery, and follow up. It succinctly covers the journey from concept to finished sign, outlining which of their four employees is responsible for each step. Also on the fourth wall, they’ve mapped the future positions required to make Palladium tick – with goals to expand their team to 12 employees. As employees currently take on new responsibilities every day, the tracking wall let’s Palladium know exactly when to hire a new dedicated team-member. Having all of this planned, detailed, and visible shows that Palladium Signs has a clear plan for growth and scale – both internally and externally. Internally, “The Lab” shows a firm commitment to manage every project. No matter the quantity of business, Palladium will always ensure their talented team will handle the individual needs of your business. Head to Palladium Signs now and see how your business can grow and expand alongside them.
