The Third Wall
Wall three is Palladium’s “tracking wall.” Here, they track monthly sales and have a comprehensive networking calendar, where all of their staff – from designers to salespersons – write out their planned networking events for the next 60 days.

The Fourth Wall
The diagram on Palladium’s final wall — the growth wall — showcases Palladium’s process: initial sale, design process, various production stages, product delivery, and follow up. It succinctly covers the journey from concept to finished sign, outlining which of their four employees is responsible for each step.
Also on the fourth wall, they’ve mapped the future positions required to make Palladium tick – with goals to expand their team to 12 employees. As employees currently take on new responsibilities every day, the tracking wall let’s Palladium know exactly when to hire a new dedicated team-member.
