Looseness in the Steering

Grinding Noises

Burning Oil Smell

Sometimes grooves wear into the control valve housing, resulting in a loss of power assist after cold startups. Rebuilt units are usually upgraded with a nickel-plated sleeve to correct the wear and tear to prevent it from happening again.
