Project Details Project: Update window decals, directory sign and building sign Location: Parma Hts, Oh Client: Esteem Cleaners Esteem Cleaners in Parma Hts, Ohio recently called us because they wanted to update their signs for new pricing. They wanted a sign company that would work with them to make changes on a specific day so they could manage their new message to customers. The changes included new window decals, new cut vinyl for the front business sign and new graphics for the lighted building sign on top of the store. [gallery ids="415,414,416"] The image on the left shows the new graphics for the building sign. We pulled the face of the sign out, took it over to our company, removed the old graphics and installed the new vinyl. The middle picture shows the exterior business sign directory which we also replaced with new vinyl. Finally, the last picture on the right shows the new window graphics in action! We listened to Esteem Cleaners concerns and worked with them on timing. We surveyed the signs and measured out all the spaces. We then provided a proof of all three signs. Once Esteem cleaners approved the proofs, we prepared the vinyl and let them know we were ready. First thing early in the morning we executed the plan and all went as planned. The owner of Esteem Cleaners was pleased with the results including the look and the timing. Vinyl sign application is a very versatile way to make and update signs. Vinyl is manufactured two ways, as a cast which is thin but has long durability depending on the manufacturer and the application. Cast vinyl is recommended for curve applications such as vehicle wraps. The other vinyl type is known as calendered and is good for flat applications for example on sides of box trucks or flat signs. For signs that light, we can apply a transluscent vinyl that will "light" up when internal lights are on in box signs. There are also numerous specialty vinyls such as camouflage or chrome.
