The Washington Post contact Epic Signs & Graphics needing a backdrop for the upcoming moderation with Jones Day of the republican debate coverage. The televised presentation was quickly approaching, and our client was looking for a quick installation the morning of the debate. With the need for efficiency, our team got to work. The backdrop was a custom design that would set the scene for the debate with legible lettering, and an exceptional color gamut. However, we also worked to ensure the imagery would not be overplaying the forefront moderators. The graphic was printed using the latest in printing technology on vinyl in panels that measured to a final 12 feet high by 25 feet long. The individual panels allow for a more productive installation on the glass surface that we were adhering the product to, though in depth planning is required to ensure the right measurements are taken. The survey assisted with our need to have this mural installed correctly on the first attempt of application, so that our client would be ready in time for the debate. All in all, the project for the Washington Post was a complete success, and our client was left satisfied with both service and signage provided! The bright colors pull the eye, and the contrasting lettering allows for precise visibility of the intended message.
