Project: Commercial Truck Decals Location: Cleveland, OH Client: Cleveland Lumber Company Cleveland Lumber located in Cleveland, Ohio on Madison Ave called us for vehicle graphics for their trucks and we delivered! They wanted to brand their vehicles so that customers can see how often they get around and take advantage of the advertising space available on their trucks and take advantage the number of eyeballs they generate from constantly being on the road. Below is a run down of what we did for them and also what we have done for others with similar opportunities. [gallery size="medium" ids="426,427,425"] In the photos above you can see the graphics that were applied to the cab of a large box truck and also to their SUV. It displays their logo, company name phone number and location.  Before the truck graphics were applied, the vehicles were blank without any identification offering no opportunity to advertise. Cleveland Lumber Company offers a full array of wood products such as dimensional lumber, panels, decking and mouldings to the commercial remodeling market as well as the public. They are an independent company that also offers hardware products and have been in the community over 30 years. Cleveland lumber stands by their products, service, and offer great pricing. The art work for this project was sent us and were able to use it for reproduction. Once we were given the approval we processed the image on our vinyl plotter. The plotter takes information of the images and slices the image into the vinyl. You can see the logo and words produced as it works quickly done the roll of vinyl. Once all images are cut out, we next remove the unwanted vinyl leaving behind only image we initially started with on the computer. This is called weeding and takes experience to perform this step efficiently. We next transfer the vinyl images to a transfer tape which allows us to position onto the vehicle. Once we are satisfied with the placement, we remove the transfer tape and PRESTO! You have graphics on your vehicle! Be sure to use a company such Epic Signs & Graphics, we only use reputable premium vinyl products such as 3M, Avery and Oracal. When the vinyl is placed carefully to avoid vehicle seems, the graphics will last many years and your investment will keep giving you advertising through all that time, THAT is a lot of eyes getting your company name every year. Also keep in mind we work with you on design so we can also produce full color digitally printed decals that will be laminated for extra protect but also allow you to show off  your full color logo and letters.
