The Pool Doctor is not a retail store, so you will normally only find someone here Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to noon. We do keep a wide range of pool and spa chemicals and supplies on hand that you are welcome to purchase from us. If we don’t have something, we can normally get it from our supplier on the next business day.
We also can perform in house water sample tests for you if you bring in a sample for us.
Mainly, however, The Pool Doctor is an in the field, by appointment company. We are not in a position to dispense advice either over the phone or in the shop since without seeing your pool or spa, it would be almost impossible to give you accurate advice. So feel free to make an appointment to have one of our experts come to your location and assess your situation and advise accordingly on it.
