If you’re wondering “How do I book an appointment with The Pool Doctor,” you should know that we are a by appointment only company. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We have full-time receptionists available during those hours to schedule your appointment, answer routine questions, or transfer you to voice mail so someone in the office can call you the next business day if it is a question they can’t help you with.
Appointment time frames are 9-9:30am, 11-1pm, and 1-3pm. We service the entire East Bay for repair and equipment installation, as well as scuba diving services. Pool service however is limited to certain cities in West Contra Costa and Alameda county. Once you book an appointment, we do require a one business day cancellation notice.
While we do not offer emergency, after hours or weekend appointments, should you have a problem with your equipment and you don’t know what to do, the best advice is to shut your equipment off at the breaker, leave us a message, and we’ll call you by our next business day.
