Unreliable Pool Service Companies Make The Pool Doctor Mad!

BY: Your Name, Your Business

We received a call this week from a Homeowner’s Association Management company who went by on of their complexes and found the pool completely brown (not green, brown!).  They were shocked since as far as they knew the pool service company was supposed to be out there three times a week.

When they called the pool service company to find out what was going on, the phone number was disconnected.  It turns out they had gone out of business, and instead of letting their customers know, they simply stopped servicing all their accounts and didn’t call anyone to inform them.

Unreliable pool service companies make The Pool Doctor mad!  It gives our entire industry a bad name.  It’s bad enough when other companies don’t show up like their supposed to, or only do a quarter of the work while they’re there.  But to completely close your doors and not tell anyone.  I guess he didn’t care since he was going out of business, but that should be no reason.

So this poor customer is left with an usuable pool right before Labor Day weekend, and The Pool Doctor will help them to get it cleaned up.  Hopefully other pool owners don’t ever have this happen to them.  They certainly don’t have to worry about it happening to them if they use The Pool Doctor.
