When you relocate power or install new outlets you often have to open up the walls in order to get access to the electrical wires as well as be able to install them at their new location.  In this case, with Nancy M., we had to open up her walls which left a noticeable spot on the wall where the repairs had been made.  So we helped her paint the room after the work was completed so it looked as if we had never opened up the wall.
