DanWorks Plumbing Takes Advantage of a Custom Wrap for the Service Van
Licensed, bonded, and insured, DanWorks handles anything from hydro-jetting to water heater repairs. To get the word out about the service, the client looked to the competition’s success. A friend in the business, who is also a Superior Signs and Graphics client, has done very well with commercial plumbing van wraps and graphics.
The DanWorks team determined that this advertising method would be ideally suited for their van. We met with the team and assisted with designing a three-quarter wrap. It is uniquely customized from the ground up, meaning there is no other plumber advertising with a similar signage setup.
Our graphic artist based the design on the vehicle’s white base color. Doing so made it possible to forego wrapping low-visibility, high-sun areas like the hood and van nose. By focusing on the van’s remaining areas, we were able to save the client a lot of money and have a product that looks like a full wrap.
At the same time, you will notice that the graphics are only on the vertical surfaces, which minimizes sun exposure and, therefore, boosts wrap longevity. Now, the van drives through the neighborhood and spreads the word about the business, its services, and contact details.
A Long History of Partial Wraps, Graphics, and Lettering for Plumbing Trucks

- EZ Drain & Plumbing. The plumbing contractor explored the use of decals and lettering for the van. We placed the graphics on the sides and back. It is an excellent way of displaying an intricate logo and basic service information.
- Emerald Sierra Plumbing & Electrical. For this project, we treated a sprinter van with recesses. The client requested that we place the graphics into the recesses. It’s no problem! It gives the van a finished look and perfectly incorporates the vinyl with the vehicle’s style.
