That means, respecting your personal space and belongings, closing off any unsafe areas, wearing PPE to protect everyone from any harmful exposures and communicating with the property owner throughout the process. We will also work directly with your insurance company to ensure that they are in the loop regarding your specific loss. Our technicians are also well trained in the hands-on portion of the job – we require 15 weeks of in-house training, which entails the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) guidelines. The IICRC is a nonprofit organization that sets the standard for all restoration and cleaning services. The goal is to keep our technicians up to date with the latest safety related standards.  We also subscribe to virtual training on topics about proper drying protocols, mold remediation and even estimates.
